We have good transport links and we are close to NEC (1.5 m), Birmingham International Airport , Birmingham International train station(3.5m), Birmingham Business Park (1 m), City Centre (10 m), Solihull, (6 m), Coventry (10m) and Warwickshire(4 m)
Rooms
There are two double rooms with views of beautiful gardens, either with its own bathroom or shower room. Each room has a double bed, mirrors, power shower, several plug points, a table and a chair, shaver plug point, towels and a wardrobe.
Other Facilities
Car parking facility is provided at no extra cost. Ironing board can be provided on request. We have a wireless broadband internet connection. Please request usage at extra cost. We have a connection limit, which will be distributed on a first come basis.
Rates
£30 pp, 2 persons £50. Internet access £10 per computer per night. No added extra charges. Payment on arrival for all nights by cash only. Cancellation notice of minimum 48 hours prior to arrival for refunds.Reduced rates for long stay.

Terms and Conditions
No pets, no baby changing facility. Children above 5 years are welcome. Rates are for rooms only. No breakfast / dinner facility. No smoking, restaurants available locally, Check in after 5pm, check out before 8 am. Guests to be back by 11 pm.
